this is what I am looking for an answer to–I was approved for grant right after the storm–I was so involved getting my house rebuilt and family home, I was not substantially damaged so I stopped rrem grant-didn’t use any funds–well after I stopped it I was deemed damaged now I have to raise–hoping I could just re open my application-praying I can do this without a runaround any guidance is appreciated
