Thousands were entitled to an additional 18 months of rental aid
More than a year after Tropical Storm Ida flooded communities across New Jersey, thousands of families are still working through the recovery process. Many got short-term emergency aid from the Federal Emergency Management Agency in the immediate aftermath of the storm, but opens in a new windowjust a fraction of eligible victims have received long-term aid offered by the agency.
